I drove my sister in law back to High River and my friend back to Crowsnest Pass yesterday morning. We left later than I wanted to, but we got under way at 830am.

It was a good trip South, but the winds were crazy. I used over a half tank of gas getting down there and then less than a quarter of a tank coming back with tail winds. The dogs and I got back shortly after 2pm.

I had a great nap yesterday afternoon and watched the ALCS game last night. It’s a good series for sure. Watching baseball when you don’t care who wins is relaxing.

I think I was happy to be in my own bed last night, I slept 7.5 hours.

No real plans today I don’t think. The Bills play this afternoon and then there is baseball on as well.

Back to the regular routine, I’m happy with that.
