After I return to Calgary in a week, I’ll decompress.
Actually, I’ll return my cabin-mate to Crowsnest Pass on Saturday morning, and my sister in law to High River as well.
I’ll get back into the normal routine with the dogs, which will be very welcome.
I’m taking Edie to the airport for her return to Texas as well. She’ll start her approximate 6 month stint for winter.
The dogs and I will adapt to the cooling temperatures. Apollo isn’t especially fond of winter from what I’ve seen. I’ve yet to see how Achilles likes the cold, and snow.
I don’t have much, if anything, planned until Christmas time. My cousin is visiting for 5 days at Christmas, maybe it’s 6. We are planning on visiting Banff on Christmas Eve and having Christmas Day at my place. I think we are also potentially heading to Edmonton for a day trip although that’s unconfirmed.
So, between now and then, nothing is on the agenda and I am ok with that. Some downtime will be welcome with football interrupting the relaxation on weekends.
