I’ve got some clothes to hang and put away and some junk in the office to organize and a few things need to go to my storage locker, but the place is shaping up nicely.

I’ve also got to setup my tv in the office, the new TV stand is in there ready to go. It’s nice having everything in its place, that’s for sure.

I’m enjoying apartment life thus far. There is no one in the unit beside me and no one above me either. There aren’t a lot of units occupied as yet, so, it’s very quiet. Things might change as they rent units out, be time will tell.

The dogs and I are in a good routine of going to the small off-leash park in the visitor parking lot. They don’t have a yard to play in but it’s working well. The community off-leash park is only a 10 minute walk away so that’s good. It’s been a bit cold to go there lately, but, spring is right around the corner.

I think I’m going to enjoy living here. Dealing with a property management company is far superior over dealing with an individual landlord in most cases and especially when compared to the last asshole I dealt with and am still dealing with.

I’m back to work Monday and starting next week, I’m working Monday through Friday on 8 hour shifts at opposed to the 12s I’ve been working for a year and a half. It’ll be a nice change and finishing up at 2pm in every day will give me tons of extra time in the day. Having only 2 day weekends will take some adjustment though.
