I have the move out inspection at 10 today at the old place. There is some minor damage that needs to be repaired that I’ll have to pay for.

Most of it was caused by JT, he used screws to hang some artwork in a room, artwork being a broad term for it. Also, the front screen door needs to have the screen replaced thanks to Bruce. Perhaps I’ll charge the Crowsnest Pass Humane Society for that.

Other than that, the place is good to go and I’m very glad to be gone. After the inspection, I’ll be deleting the landlord’s contact information and hopefully never hearing from him again. In fact, if he tries to contact me, he’ll get no response. He was a piece of shit landlord with a cheap British accent. Fucking immigrants.

Other than that, I just need to finish unpacking and organizing today. The new place is shaping up well.
