I slept in until 5am on Saturday, not really sleeping in for most people, but it is for me. I got takeout from McDonald’s for everyone, it was quite good. Breakfast is typically the only meal I’ll eat there.

We headed to the airport at 10, early considering their flight wasn’t until 115pm but they didn’t want any delays. I dropped them off and headed to Costco, life continues and so does shopping.

I headed for home and let me tell you, after being on the road for 6 days, it was good to be home. I’m looking forward to returning to work on Monday, I’ll be able to relax a bit.

I’ll next see Bernie and Kim in October when I visit Ontario for a week. I’m looking forward to that trip…
